1. Acceptance

By using https://tkrate.com or connecting to Tickrate CS2 servers, you agree to these Terms and our Server Rules.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or servers.

2. The service

Tickrate provides free community Counter-Strike 2 servers (retakes, bhop, surf) and a website with live status, ranks, and guides.

We are an independent community project and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

Service may change, restart, or go offline without notice. No uptime guarantee.

3. Accounts & Steam

Gameplay identity comes from Steam. You must comply with Steam Subscriber Agreement and CS2 rules as well as ours.

We may ban Steam IDs that break Server Rules. Bans can apply across our servers.

4. Website content

Site content is provided as-is for information and convenience. Live player counts and maps can be delayed or wrong.

Do not scrape, overload, or abuse our APIs or join endpoints.

5. Liability

The service is free and offered without warranty. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tickrate is not liable for lost rank progress, downtime, or damages arising from use of the site or servers.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Questions: Discord linked on the site.
